NEOD Technologies S.L. is a limited liability company (Sociedad Limitada) registered in Spain. In some cases, third-party services integrated with NEOD (such as calendar, email, and task management apps) may process your personal data independently. 3. What personal data do we process and why?

We only process your personal data when necessary to deliver our services and improve your experience. Depending on your interactions with NEOD, we may collect the following:

3.1. AI Productivity Assistant (WhatsApp & Integrations)

When using NEOD’s AI assistant, we process:

  • Basic identity information: Name and phone number.

  • Task-related information: Reminders, notes, calendar events, and other productivity-related data shared with NEOD.

  • Interaction history: Messages exchanged with the assistant for personalized recommendations.

  • Connected services data (optional): Information retrieved from integrated apps (such as Notion, Google Calendar, or email services) when authorized by the user.

We use this data to:

  • Provide an AI-driven personal assistant experience.

  • Organize tasks, send reminders, and manage calendars effectively.

  • Optimize user interactions based on preferences and past interactions.

4. Sensitive Data Protection Mechanisms

We recognize that some of the data processed may be sensitive. To protect such data, we have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures, including:

  • Encryption: Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest using WhatsApp’s end-to-end encryption.

  • Data Minimization: We collect and retain only the data strictly necessary to provide our services. At no point do we use this data to train our models, nor is it used for selling to third parties or any other commercial purposes. Additionally, we only access the user data that is necessary at the moment when the user's interaction with the model requires this information.

These measures ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your sensitive data.

5. Use of Google Workspace APIs

We confirm that data obtained through Google Workspace APIs is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. Such data is used solely for providing and enhancing the specific functionalities of our AI assistant and is processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

6. Sharing of Personal Data

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is only shared under the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We work with trusted service providers to help us operate our platform (e.g., hosting, analytics, and support services). These providers are contractually required to protect your data.

  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose personal data if required by law, legal processes, or regulatory authorities.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide our services or meet legal obligations. Specific retention periods include:

You can request the deletion of your data by:

  1. Sending a request via WhatsApp to NEOD’s assistant.

  2. Contacting support@getneod.com with a formal request.

We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be published on our website and take effect immediately. The latest update date will be indicated below.
